Ignition Electrode Ceramic Components
1. Use a silicon nitride hot surface igniter for ignition to ignite the burner, completely eliminating the difficulty of cold start ignition, which is safer and more reliable than traditional pulse-style ignition; it replaces the traditional silicon carbide igniter, thoroughly solving the problems of silicon carbide being prone to breakage and degradation.
2. The burner flame is equipped with an ion-type flame detection rod, providing flame-out protection and system safety protection.
3. The oven chamber temperature is measured and fed back using an NTC-type temperature probe, which is more accurate than traditional liquid expansion probes.
4. Equipped with dual safety electronic control valves, fully complying with North American safety regulations. Additionally, it features an electronic door lock that enables a self-cleaning function.
5. Circuit board control system with human-machine interface input options including:
a) Electronic temperature control knob (can replace traditional liquid expansion thermostat)
b) Touch-sensitive membrane operation panel (customizable according to customer requirements)
c) Touch glass operation panel (customizable according to customer requirements)
d) Wireless operation via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi terminal.
6. The output end of the circuit board controller system can connect to the following execution hardware:
a) Main safety electronic control valve
b) Upper and lower burner safety temperature control electronic valves
c) Silicon nitride hot surface igniter
d) Electronic door lock
e) Convection fans, oven chamber lighting, etc.
7. The input end of the circuit board controller system can connect to the following sensor hardware:
a) NTC high-temperature resistant temperature probe
b) Ion-type flame sensing rod
